  1. Introduction & Acceptance
    1.1. Agrigrader is an online e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers and Sellers in agriculture,
    food and allied industries. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the platform.
    1.2. A social/business classifieds platform, where sellers can list their products and buyers can buy
    through the platform directly.
    1.3. By registering or using the platform, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and all
    related policies (Privacy Policy, Vendor Policy, Returns Policy, etc.). If you do not accept these Terms,
    do not use Agrigrader.
  2. Nature & Scope of Service
    2.1. Marketplace Role: Agrigrader provides a digital platform for listing, marketing and connecting
    buyers with Sellers & services. Agrigrader does not itself (unless explicitly stated) manufacture,
    package, store, or deliver products.
    2.2. Intermediary Status: Agrigrader acts as an intermediary under applicable Indian law (e.g.,
    Information Technology Act and E-commerce Rules). Vendor obligations, product quality, delivery
    and compliance are the responsibility of the Seller unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    2.3. Compliances: All items are sold by independent vendors who are responsible for compliance
    with applicable laws, including FSSAI, Weights & Measures, and other regulatory norms
  3. Seller Onboarding & Eligibility
    3.1. Only registered businesses/individuals meeting the requirements below may sell on Agrigrader.
    Sellers must complete the onboarding process and pass verification before listing products for sale.
    3.2. Required (minimum) Onboarding Documents:
  • Scanned Government photo ID (PAN and/or Aadhaar).
  • Business registration (GSTIN / trade license / MSME certificate / company incorporation).
  • Official business address proof.
  • If applicable, FSSAI license/registration, and other product-specific licenses (see Vendor
    Policy Guide).
    3.3. No-document Listing Mode: Sellers who register but do not provide required documents may
    use Agrigrader only to upload content (images/videos) as social media–style posts — they cannot list
    products for sale until verification completes.
  1. Product Listings & Mandatory Information
    4.1. Every product must include: product name, variety/grade, net weight/pack size, origin/farm
    location (state/district), price (GST inclusive or exclusive, clearly shown), seller details, FSSAI (if
    food), stock quantity, packaging info.
    4.2. Sellers must not post misleading claims (health claims, certification claims) unless backed by
    supporting documents.
  2. Pricing, Payment & Invoicing
    5.1. Sellers set their prices and GST for the product.
    5.2. Payment Flows: Agrigrader integrates Payment gateway, using which Buyers will initiate a
    payment based on agreed payment terms while placing the order. Sellers will get the payment to
    their bank account directly in T+1 days (Transaction day + 1 day)
    5.3. As a marketplace Agrigrader will prepare the GST invoice to Buyers on behalf of Sellers.
  3. Delivery, Logistics & Packaging
    6.1. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, including packing, labelling, documentation and
    dispatch, unless otherwise stated. Agrigrader will own the logistics part.
    6.2. Sellers must ensure packaging is suitable for the product type (especially perishable goods) and
    meets statutory labelling requirements (FSSAI labelling for packaged food).
    6.3. Agrigrader make sure that the products will be delivered with in 72 hours if the order is placed
    before 3:00PM. Orders post 3:00PM will be considered for next day processing.
  4. Quality, Safety & Compliance (Seller Obligations)
    7.1. Sellers guarantee product quality and legality. Sellers dealing in food must comply with **FSSAI
    labelling, packaging and hygiene norms. **
    7.2. Sellers must maintain traceability records (procurement, batch, harvest dates, processing
    records) and provide them to Agrigrader or authorities on request.
  5. Vendor Policy Guide — Documents Required
    Sellers must upload the documents listed for their business type during onboarding. Agrigrader’s
    verification team will validate documents. Additional documents may be required per product or
    regulatory changes.
    A. All Sellers (Baseline)
  • PAN (business or proprietor)
  • GST Registration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Business registration / incorporation certificate / MSME certificate
  • Government photo ID of proprietor/director (PAN / Aadhaar / Passport)
  • Proof of business address (utility bill / rent agreement / property ownership)
  • Bank account details must be submitted on the company letterhead’s to be produced to
    banks at the time of Sub ID creations for payment processing
    B. Food & Processed Food Sellers
  • FSSAI registration or FSSAI license (Form A / Form B / Central License)
  • Label artwork & packaging details for each SKU
  • Batch/processing records & hygiene SOPs (if applicable)
    C. Farmer Producer Company (FPC) / FPO
  • Certificate of Incorporation / Registration (under Companies Act / Producer Company Act)
  • Board resolution authorizing sale on Agrigrader (if required)
  • PAN & GST (if registered) / Bank details
    D. Traders / Wholesalers / Retailers
  • GST registration certificate (if turnover threshold met)
  • Trade license (if applicable)
    E. Importer / Exporter
  • Import Export Code (IEC)
  • Customs clearance documents (bill of entry), phytosanitary certificates, FSSAI import
    permission (if food imports)
    I. Food Processors / Packaging Plants
  • FSSAI Central/State License / Factory registration / pollution clearances (if applicable)
  • HACCP / GMP / quality control certificates (if held)
    Note: This list covers commonly required documents. Local/state/national laws may demand
    additional paperwork. Agrigrader may request further verification items.
  1. Verification Process & Timeframes
    9.1. After Seller submits documents, Agrigrader will verify within 1-2 business days. Complex
    cases (imports, new categories) may take longer.
    9.2. If documents are incomplete/invalid, the Seller will be notified and given 7 calendar days to
    resubmit. Until verification is complete, product listings are disabled for sale.
    9.3. Agrigrader reserves the right to perform random audits and request additional records
    (traceability, invoices, lab test reports).
  2. Prohibited Conduct & Delisting
    10.1. Prohibited acts include listing counterfeit or adulterated goods, false claims, selling
    banned pesticides/chemicals, manipulating GPS/media, not providing required documents, and
    persistent negative buyer feedback.
    10.2. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, delisting, withholding of payouts, and
    legal referral. Agrigrader may permanently ban sellers for severe violations.
  3. Data Privacy & Security
    11.1. Agrigrader’s Privacy Policy explains data collection, storage, usage and user rights. Sellers
    consent to Agrigrader storing their documents & transaction records for compliance and audit.
    11.2. Agrigrader will implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data,
    but sellers must also maintain secure credentials.
  4. Intellectual Property
    12.1. Sellers warrant they own or are licensed to use all media (images/videos/logos) and content
    uploaded. Agrigrader may remove content that infringes third-party IP on notice.
  5. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
    13.1. Sellers indemnify Agrigrader against claims arising from product defects, legal non-compliance,
    false claims, or buyer disputes.
    13.2. Agrigrader is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
    13.3. Seller support: vendors may use in-dashboard support ticketing or email for onboarding &
    compliance queries.
  6. Amendments to Terms
    14.1. Agrigrader may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on the website and notified to
    sellers. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties agree to attempt mutual resolution;
    unresolved disputes may be referred to courts in the state of Karnataka (or as required by applicable
    law).
  8. Annex — Quick Onboarding Checklist (Step-by-Step for Sellers)
  • Step 1 — Register: Create account, enter business details.
  • Step 2 — Upload docs: Provide baseline documents (see Section 3 & Vendor Guide).
  • Step 3 — Verification: Wait 1-2 business days for verification.
  • Step 4 — List products: After approval, create product SKUs with full info & pricing.
  • Step 6 — Fulfill orders: Accept orders, dispatch, and upload delivery & AGRIGRADER CAM
    images if required.
  • Step 7 — Maintain records: Keep invoices, traceability and compliance records for audits.
  1. Buyer Guidence
    17.1. Buyers must create an account to make purchases.
    17.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any activity
    under your account.
    17.3. AGRIGRADER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or
    violation of these Terms.
  2. Platform-Managed Orders
    18.1. Buyers can place orders and make payments directly via agrigrader.com through integrated
    Payment gateways.
    18.2. AGRIGRADER will coordinate with the respective vendor(s) to ensure delivery, logistics, and
    customer service.
    18.3. In this mode, AGRIGRADER assumes responsibility for order fulfilment and payment protection.
  3. FSSAI Compliance
    19.1. AGRIGRADER is registered and compliant with FSSAI regulations as an e-commerce food
    business operator.
    19.2. All vendors listing food or edible items for direct sale through the Platform are required to hold
    valid FSSAI licenses
    19.3. Vendors without valid licenses may still post content, product photos, or service details under
    the social/classified category but cannot offer direct checkout-based sales.
    19.4. Buyers are encouraged to verify vendor FSSAI license details before purchasing directly.
  4. Payments & Refunds
    21.1. All payments for orders placed directly through AGRIGRADER.com are collected
    Via payment gateway.
    21.2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the platform’s refund policy.
  5. Product Quality & Liability
    22.1. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and claims are provided by vendors.
    22.2. AGRIGRADER makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee or warrant
    product quality, shelf life, or suitability.
    22.3. For platform-managed orders, AGRIGRADER ensures replacement or refund as per policy in
    case of non-delivery or damaged goods.
  6. Prohibited Conduct by Buyers
    23.1. Buyers shall not Use AGRIGRADER for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activities.
    23.2. Buyers shall not Circumvent platform systems to manipulate pricing or listings.
    23.3. Buyers shall not Harass or abuse other users, vendors, or AGRIGRADER representatives.
    23.4. Buyers shall not Post fake reviews or engage in coordinated manipulation.
  7. Dispute Resolution
    24.1. For platform-managed orders, disputes shall be addressed through AGRIGRADER customer
    support.
    24.3. In case of unresolved issues, legal jurisdiction will be Karnataka, India
    24.4. Buyers shall not Post fake reviews or engage in coordinated manipulation.
  8. Amendments
    25.1. AGRIGRADER reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be
    posted on this page with the date of revision.
